Two More Recruits Benefit from H2O's College Recruiting Support Services (CRSS)

Warhawks Players Audrey Mullen (2023) and Hannah Tromble (2023) Commit to Monmouth

UpdatedSunday October 31, 2021 byJanice Rhodes.

Once again we are thrilled to annouce two more commits; Audrey Mullen (2023) and Hannah Tromble (2023) have both verbally committed to Monmouth University!  Both Audrey and Hannah participated as H2O guest players at Shooting Stars - Easter and soon joined our College Recruiting Support Services (CRSS) where they received expert advice, guidance, direction, consultation, and advocacy directly with coaches at their schools of interest.  Audrey and Hannah are members of the Warhawks Field Hockey Club; a highly regarded and competitive field hockey club located in Howard County, MD.  "Rhodes CRSS was not only very informative about the recruiting process and what we could expect but also taught my daughter how to edit film, draft emails, and present herself appropriately to potential colleges. The most valuable thing for us was the time spent watching my daughter play not only on film, but also coming to her games to observe her play, and then giving her honest feedback and direction. The assessment of her athletic potential as a college athlete really helped us narrow down and eventually reach for a D1 program that she otherwise would not have even attempted" said Maggie Mullen (mother of Audrey Mullen).

H2O's CRSS offerings are open to all players, regardless of Club affiliation. This premier offering focuses on providing one-on-one, customized assistance to players (and their families) throughout the recruiting process.   CRSS supports players interested in playing at all levels (i.e., DI, DII, DIII) and is most appropriate for high school level players; incoming freshman through senior year.  H2O maintains a Club and Non-Club pricing structure with H2O members receiving a significant discount.

With the pandemic stalling and/or limiting play throughout 2020, many 2023 players struggled to get visibility in front of collegiate coaches during a cricitical period in their recruiting process.  With the help of H2O's CRSS offerings,  Audrey and Hannah have successfully accomplished their goal -- they will be playing at the Division I Collegiate level.  We are so excited for these young ladies and look forward to watching them play at the next level!

Congratulations Audrey and Hannah!
